International Operations & Fulfillment

World Of Clogs Australia operates through an international business, supplier, and fulfillment network.

We maintain operations in Australia and have a physical operation in the United States, from which products may be dispatched directly to customers.

We also work with suppliers and fulfillment partners in China who may dispatch products directly to our customers.

Depending on product availability, inventory location, destination, logistics, carrier availability, and operational requirements, an order may therefore be dispatched from Australia, from our physical operation in the United States, or directly from our suppliers and fulfillment partners in China.

The location from which an order is dispatched does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable Australian law.

We offer a voluntary 30-day change-of-mind return policy subject to the conditions stated in our Refund & Return Policy.
